ABOUT
Midwest Landscape Network is a not-for-profit corporation dedicated to improved training of owners and their employees.
The association is made up of successful horticultural companies who are dedicated to improving profitability and business management. Members work cooperatively to share best practices, develop employee training and benefit packages and provide leadership in the horticultural industry.
Through its purchasing arm, Midwest Purchasing Network, members also pool purchase power and volume to improve product quality and customer service at substantial discounts.
Midwest Landscape Network was founded in 1990 by Steve Wills, and includes 12 horticultural leaders from the Greater Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky and Dayton areas. Wills served as executive director for more than 30 years until his retirement. Tom Hilgeman was selected by members to succeed Wills effective February 2020.
A FEW WORDS
from Tom Hilgeman
“Above all, I believe in the power of partnerships, and in ways to support them with current and new members. I’ve been giving a lot of thought to how that collaboration looks, and how we can be innovative about it.”
